MGS Illumina Sequencing Service

The MGS is to start commercial operation of its Illumina Genome Analysis service in May 2008. The Illumina sequencing instrumentation uses Illumina's massively parallel sequencing-by-synthesis (SBS) technology, generating billions of bases of high-quality DNA sequence per run.

The MGS Illumina Genome Analyzer can perform a wide range of genome-scale applications at the lowest cost per base. The MGS supports the following Illumina Genome Analyzer applications:

Customers MUST refer to our List of Procedures when inquiring about the services we provide, and submitting samples to our service facility.

The MGS provides a complete service, with sample or library preparation, cluster generation, genomic analysis, and pipeline analysis for all of the above applications. Bioinformatics support is optional.
